VIP engagement

Give your best customers something nobody else can see.

It is an ordinary mission with three things changed: a tighter rule for who gets in, an invitation the customer has to accept, and a setting that keeps it out of everyone else's list. Once somebody qualifies, it is theirs to finish.

The problem

Right now your best customers are managed on a spreadsheet.

Each account manager keeps their own list, in their own format. What a VIP was promised, by whom and why, is written down nowhere anybody else can look it up, and it leaves when they do.

Put a Platinum reward in the general feed and you have shown every other customer what they are not getting.

The failure that costs most is not a missing offer. It is a withdrawn one.
How it works

Three settings turn an ordinary mission into a private one.

Set the rule for who gets in

The tier your CRM decided, the spend you measured, or both in one condition.

Make them accept it

Set it so they have to accept it. Nothing counts until the customer takes it on. A challenge accepted, not a promotion applied.

Keep it out of everyone else's list

Set the it to show up only inside that collection. It is reachable inside that collection and nowhere else.

Why it holds

A customer who drops a tier keeps the track they already started.

The rule is checked once, the first time a customer qualifies, and then held. Nothing runs overnight to re-check it and quietly withdraw a track somebody is halfway through, which is the failure that makes VIPs stop trusting a programme.

  • A later change of tier never revokes a track already under way
  • No database access, no personal data required
  • You own the rules. Test first, then publish. One setup, then any number of campaigns

We report on the mechanics: how far people get through the mission, points in and out, how many are active, how streaks end. Whether it changed retention is a question for your own numbers.

one customer, one quarter
A customer qualifies as Platinum and starts the VIP mission. Later they drop to Gold, and the mission stays theirs until they finish it. JULY They are Platinum AUGUST They drop to Gold SEPT They finish The VIP mission stays theirs the whole time We check the rule once, when they first qualify. Dropping a tier does not take it back.

Tell us your top tier and one offer.

We will build the rule using your own tiers and numbers, then qualify a test customer into it while you watch, and show you what everybody else sees.
