Decide who a campaign is for on the campaign itself.
You write the rule on the mission, the streak or the shop item itself, such as customers in Germany on the new tier. There is no separate audience list to build first, and nothing that goes stale overnight because somebody forgot to refresh it.
There is no audience list to build, and none to keep up to date.
Other tools make you build a list of customers first, save it, and remember to rebuild it. Here there is no list. You write one rule on the mission, and each customer is checked against their own numbers at the moment it matters, so the answer is never out of date.
We check that rule against each customer every time. Nothing to refresh, nothing that goes out of date.
- Same editor you use for everything else
- Checked against each customer's own numbers
- A typo is caught when you save it
- You choose what everyone else sees: the campaign locked, or nothing at all
Signed up but never bought, and your biggest spenders this month.
Both are one line each. Neither needs a list, and both keep answering correctly as customers change, so somebody who signs up tomorrow falls into the first group on their own.
Signed up, never bought
They have an account, but have never bought a single thing.
High spenders, last 30 days
Over €500 in the last thirty days. The group changes on its own as people spend.
Dropping a tier halfway through does not cancel a mission they started.
Whether a customer qualifies is worked out once, when they first come into range, and then held for that mission or streak. Somebody who was on the gold tier when they started a mission keeps it if they slip to silver tomorrow, so nobody loses progress they already earned.
Tell us the customers you cannot reach cleanly today.
Describe the group you have never been able to target properly. We will build the rule in a test account during the call and show you who it picks out.
