Keep members going, rest days included
Turn check-ins, workouts, classes and personal bests into streaks, weekly missions and collections that push members to try something new. We never read your database, and no personal data is required.
A rest day should not break their streak
A training week has hard days, easy days and rest days, and every coach in your business tells members to take them. A streak that treats a rest day as a failure is arguing with your own advice, and members notice.
Days close at local midnight
Days close at local midnight in the member's own time zone. A 05:30 session in Manchester and a 21:00 session in Dubai each land on the right day.
A rest day can count
Send rest_day as an event and let it satisfy the same rule as
workout. The run survives, and so does the training plan.
Reading the chart: each bar is one day. The solid bars are four workouts and a Saturday class. The two paler ones are rest days the member logged. The band covers all seven days, because a logged rest day satisfies the same rule as a workout, so the run survives the week.
A logged rest day counts the same as a workout
You build this yourself in the dashboard. A logged rest day answers the same condition as a workout, so the run survives, and a cap stops rest from quietly becoming the whole week.

Send us one week of check-ins
Send us the shape of one check-in event from your app. We will build the streak that tolerates rest days in a test account and complete it while you watch.
