Get people who signed up to actually buy something.

You already paid to get them to sign up. An onboarding mission walks them through what to do next, one step at a time: finish your profile, buy something, come back. Finish all three inside the week and they are paid automatically, with nothing to claim.

The problem

Somebody who signed up and never bought is a cost, not a customer.

The usual answer is a welcome offer sent to everyone. It has one lever, the amount, and it pays people who were going to buy anyway. Attention is highest on the day someone signs up.

Most new customers buy in the first two days or go quiet by day seven unless something brings them back. DAYS 0 TO 2 They are still curious DAYS 3 TO 7 They go quiet, unless something asks them back After that you are paying to win them back and it costs more than getting them to buy in week one.

Reading the chart: most new customers either buy within the first two days or go quiet by day seven. Attention is highest on the day somebody signs up and falls away quickly after it, which is why the mission carries a deadline instead of sitting open forever.

How it works

One mission, four settings, filled in by your own team.

It is an ordinary mission with four things decided: it can be done once, the steps have to be done in order, the customer chooses to start it, and it expires after a number of days you set.

Write the steps, in the order you want them done

Three objectives in Sequential mode: finish the profile, buy something, come back. Objective two waits until objective one is met. Each uses your own keys: profile finished, order total, visits.

Decide how they start it

Automatic puts every eligible customer on the track. Manual makes them accept first, which tells you who wanted it.

Set how long they have, and who it is for

A start and end date turns a permanent feature into a welcome campaign. Who it is for is checked once, when the customer first qualifies, and then locked in.

Pay them in points, a prize, or both

Points go to the balance in the same transaction that recorded the completion. A catalog item: a voucher, free delivery, an upgrade, is recorded as a grant for your platform to fulfil. Gemifier never holds money.

Sequential, from the customer's side Three steps in order. Finish your profile, spend twenty euros, then place three orders. Finish all three and the reward lands. 1 Finish your profile done 2 Spend €20 this week open now 3 Order three times not open yet Finish all three and they get 500 Gems and a €10 voucher
A real example

A first week mission, with every field filled in.

Every number and every field name below is one you chose yourself. All of it is checked when you save, so a mission cannot go live referring to something that does not exist.

a first week mission, filled in validated
One-time Sequential They have to accept it Available 1–30 Apr UTC
Checked once, then it is theirs
Match all of the 2 rules below
Attribute registered at 1 Apr 2026 00:00 UTC
Sum of order total = 0 all time
Objective 1, finish the account
Attribute profile finished = true
Objective 2, the first order
Sum of order total €20 rolling 7 days
Objective 3, come back
Count of visits 2 rolling 7 days
Then: credit 500 Gems to their balance · record a prize for €10 voucher, for your platform to fulfil
A rolling window is measured backwards from the moment the rule runs. Nothing is recalculated overnight.

Tell us what a new customer should do in their first seven days. We will build it in a test account on the call and complete it while you watch.
