Personalized campaigns

A different offer for each kind of customer, without writing any code.

Big spenders, regulars and quiet accounts do not want the same offer. You build the campaign once, make a version for each group, and put a rule on each version. Every customer is checked against their own numbers, so each one sees the version meant for them.

The problem

Getting the right offer to the right people takes months.

Most teams can describe the campaign in one sentence. Then each audience becomes another ticket for engineering and another release, and by the time all three versions are live the moment has passed.

So most teams give everyone the same offer. By the time the second version is ready, the moment it was written for has passed.
How it works

One campaign, a version per group, and a rule on each version.

Build the campaign once

A mission with objectives over your own metrics, a recurrence, and a reward.

Make a version for each group

Save the same definition again, changing only the rule for who gets in, the threshold and the reward. Write them so each customer qualifies for exactly one.

One campaign published as three versions. Big spenders see one, regulars see another, everyone else sees the third. Weekend Warm-up Big spenders see this one Regulars see this one Everyone else sees this one A customer only ever sees one of them The rule on each version decides which.
one campaign, three versions 3 versions

All three share: recurrence Week, time zone Customer local.

Version A · big spenders
Sum of money spent €500 rolling 30 days
Objective: spend €150 this week · reward 400 points.
Version B · regulars
Count of visits 8 rolling 30 days
Objective: visit on 4 days this week · reward 250 points.
Version C · quiet accounts Shown locked
Count of visits < 3 rolling 30 days
Objective: one purchase this week · reward 100 points.
Money, clocks and language

One rule works across currencies, time zones and languages.

  • Money. Events carry their own currency and the rate that applied, so one €500 threshold means the same everywhere.
  • Clocks. Set the time zone to Customer local and the week starts at the customer's own midnight.
  • Language. Names are stored per locale, with a fallback to the default language.
  • No database access, and no personal data required
  • You own the rules, and there is no saved audience list to keep in sync
  • Sandbox first, then Live. One setup, unlimited campaigns
  • We report on the mechanics. The revenue stays in your own reporting, where it belongs
The same weekly mission starts at local midnight for each customer, so a customer in Belgrade, Lisbon and Sao Paulo each begin at a different real moment. One rule: the week starts at midnight. Belgrade midnight in Belgrade Lisbon midnight in Lisbon Sao Paulo midnight in Sao Paulo

Tell us the campaign you keep putting off.

We will build it as three versions using your own numbers, then show you exactly which customer gets which one, and why.
