Customers earn points by finishing missions and keeping streaks going, then spend them in your shop. Every point that goes in or out is written down and never changed afterwards.
Points are earned from campaigns and spent in your shop, and never touch real money.
Points go in when a customer finishes a mission or reaches a streak day that pays, and come out when they buy something in your shop or you adjust the balance by hand. You name them in your own app, in any language you sell in. They are a number we count for you, never money we hold.
- They finish a mission. The points you set go straight into their balance.
- They reach a streak day that pays. Paid once, on the day they get there.
- They buy something in your shop. The price comes off, and the prize is recorded for you to hand over.
- You add or remove some yourself. You have to give a reason, and it shows up in their history.
Every change writes one line, and no line is ever edited.
You get more than the balance. Each grant, each purchase and each manual adjustment writes its own line with the reason and what caused it, so a year later you can still explain how a customer got to the number they are on.
What each line tells you
- In or out. Points added, or points taken. Nothing else.
- How many. Whole numbers only, never halves.
- Why it happened. Which mission, which streak day, which purchase, or your own note.
- Sending it twice is safe. Nobody gets paid twice by accident.
Points never expire, and a purchase is reversed by adjustment.
No. There is no expiry and no decay. Put urgency in the earning side instead: a recurring mission that resets.
Yes. The operator API has a reversal that refunds the price paid, returns the unit to stock and cancels a prize that has not shipped. The dashboard has no button for it yet.
