A shop where customers spend their points.
Points nobody can spend are just a number on a screen. The shop puts a price in points on the prizes you already give away, a 10% off coupon at 1,200 points, a delivery credit at 3,000, and lays them out in an order you arrange.
A shop item is a prize you already have, with a points price added.
You have already described your prizes once, in the catalog. Putting one in the shop means saying what it costs in points and how many are available. There is no second list of prizes to keep in step with the first.
- The points come straight off their balance. It shows in their history, and a balance can never go below zero.
- We record it, you hand it over. We never hold money and never give out the prize ourselves.
- One tap buys one thing. No basket, no quantity box, so the stock count is always right.
- Name it in every language you sell in. Anything you have not translated falls back to your main language.
Your app is told which state and why. Locked means this customer has not qualified yet.
Sell something all year, only over New Year, or every Thursday.
An item can sit in the shop permanently, go on sale between two dates and then disappear, or come back every week with its stock refilled. You can also give each customer their own week, counted from the day they last bought, so they are not all buying on the same day.
Reading the diagram: the three columns are the three choices you have. Set no dates at all and the item simply sits in the shop. Set a start and an end, 30 December to 2 January, and it disappears when the window closes. Or set it to come back every week, with its stock refilled each time it returns.
What happens when someone buys two, or wants it reversed.
No. One tap buys one thing, and three are three separate purchases. If you want a bundle, make the bundle the prize.
There is no button for it in the dashboard. One API call reverses the purchase: the points go back, the unit returns to stock, the allowance is freed, and your reason stays on the record.
Tell us what you want to sell for points.
Tell us what you would put in the shop, what it should cost and how often it should restock. We will build it during the call and buy from it while you watch the balance go down.
